Don't understand why this place even has a phone, I cannot get in contact with anyone. My father needs to receive medicine monthly from his insurance and in order for that to happen the doctor must approve this. I was "first" in the call line and I still got sent to voice mail. I can never get anyone on the telephone . every time I call I can never get anyone on the phone. someone picks up and then hang up. its ridiculous how many times you have to call just to reach someone. It say's im the first caller in the queue for several minutes ! Then I'm sent to the voicemail. I've tried giving this place a chance because I love my NP MARIE. But if I cant never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment I will no longer be a patient. it's a hassle when your sick and need to be seen and can't get the timely fashion adequate help!! read more

This is the worst medical health care the I have ever seen, they don't care about the patient, the wait in the the waiting room is like an hour and when they finally bring you in they put you in an room so you can wait a lot more , when the DR comes in, if she is there for a minute and a half you are lucky, so by the time you realized it you are in the parking lot without knowing exactly why you were there. they don't explain anything to the patient. this office and the staff should be in an another line of work, not dealing with the health and the lives of human beings. if i could give this place and the people thats works there a -100 stars i would. read more

If I could give lower than one star I would. Have gotten stuck in the waiting room for over two hours, having people who's appointments were behind mine called before me. Neglected to give me test results and as I am calling today to ask for them myself, have neglected to even answer the phone! The one woman who answered briefly, put me on hold and then hung up. Dr. Deborah Rodríguez has been my primary care for almost 10 years and has only provided excellent medical services. I've never gone to a doctor that is so committed to their patients. She is kind and compassionate and always does her research! The office may be busy some times but that isn't a downfall to me since i am reviving excellent service and i am at peace that my health is being properly looked after. I was very disappointed. It took an hour for me to be called to the back then another half an hour until the doctor actually came to see me. They book too many people for the same times. They have two windows in the front and the line goes out the door with people waiting. They are very unorganized. I do not recommend this doctor you will end up waiting all day to be seen. read more

Let me start out with, now I understand why this doctors office has 2 stars. When I went to the front office to get a form to update my parents forms, they said my parents had to be present to sign. I have NEVER heard of this before. My parents are 70+ and taking them to the doctors office during COVID is not ideal. But that's not something the front desk seemed to understand. They refused to give me the form. I called and spoke with the office manager and explained that my parents are forgetful and forgot to add me to their HIPAA and I needed the form to take to them to complete. She gave me the same excuse the front desk did and then proceeded to tell me that I should be coming to each appt with my parents since they are elderly and forgetful. WTF....She had no sympathy and I will for sure go to her next appointment to make sure Dr. Rodriguez is aware her staff and office manager treat patients and their family members/care takers this way as doctors can sometimes be shielded from office behavior like this. read more

i have been a patient whit rodriguez md since i move to lawrenceville ga. on the year 2010 till the present time. my own personal opinion, both doctor are the best one i ever have in my life. since i walk truth office door i fill that i got to see my family. talking about the staff they have always treat me very professional and whit a frenly smile. i always get there an hour before my appointment, i have never had to wait more than the time i was pointed to see the doctor. read more

I should have known to run away when I had such a hard time making an appointment to begin with. I called and left a message at 2:30pm on a Thursday and no one ever returned my call. I also requested an appointment on their website and never got a response. I had to keep calling until I got a live person to finally get an appointment. I filled out the "new patient paperwork" from their website and arrived 15 minutes prior to my 2pm appointment as I was instructed to do. Upon arrival I was informed I had to fill out different "updated" forms, they "haven't had a chance to update the forms online". After redoing 8 pages of new patient forms I was told the "Doctors were in a meeting and running 45 minutes behind." I considered rescheduling, but I was already there. It was really disappointing to see the drug reps walk out and realize this "meeting" I was waiting on was just a Drug Rep FREE Lunch! I wasn't seen until 3:20, an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. read more

Office Staff is very cold, not friendly at all either in person or over the phone. The wait is long even if you have an appointment scheduled ahead of time. Difficult to reach a staff member over the phone, usually is the answering service who picks the phones. Doctor Deborah is friendly, but I am second guessing to go back just to avoid the dead cold staff attitude. read more

An exceptional practice! The Doctors and staff are very attentive to patient's needs. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very caring towards long term health of their patients. I was very displeased. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. They advise you to come 30 minutes early to complete paperwork if you haven't already done so, so I arrived early. I finished the paperwork in 20 minutes. I sat there until 10:30 and had to go to the window to remind someone that I had a 9:00 appointment. After an additional 20 minutes, I was finally called back. I found them on my insurance website. But because I went in for weight management counseling, they wouldn't file a claim. I had to pay cash. They also advertise they accept Care Credit and once I go to check out, the receptionist advised their machine didn't work to process Care Credit, so once again I had to foot the entire cost and file the claim later. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the wait time, the customer service, and the greed. If you're looking to use insurance or Care Credit for weight management or weight counseling, don't waste your time here. Or if you are like me and value your time, don't go here. My total time in this office was 3 hours and 10 minutes. My total bill was $139 Excessive!!!!! read more
