My mother had an amazing experience and wanted to go with me to get fitted. I went in as a walk in, as I was only in BR from Boston, Ma for a short time. The hostess greeted us kindly and accommodated us graciously since we didn't have an appointment. On to the fitting. My bra fitter Sarah was amazing. She began explaining the store, the process for fitting and how she would bring in a selection of bras. She measured, and brought in one bra to check sizing, and she was spot on. The first try on bra was your average bra with medium coverage, but the material felt amazing. Sarah then explained how to put the bra on and how to fit the cups to your chest. And asked how I felt in the bra. She went shopping for me and brought me an amazing selection of bras from super full coverage to minimal coverage. It was about 8 bras. ( she even shopped the sale rack) As I tried them on I was able to eliminate and keep right away. One thing I really enjoyed was that she removed unwanted bras quickly so I couldn't contemplate them. After settling on 3 bras. (All different cuts and coverages), she even suggested the matching panties to one of the bras. At checkout I got a 10$off for being referred, and a free tote bag. One thing I will say, is the price point might be a little high for some, however the fabrics of these bras and the shopping experience and the attention of my fitter, Sarah, was well worth the money spent. I will definitely reccomend and. Return when I am back in BR.

I returned the bra the very next day and was then told they could not refund my money and needed to speak with their boss. I waited to hear back but did not receive an update. When I contacted the store, I was told they would not refund my money. The way the conversation ended also felt rude and dismissive. I am Deaf, and I did not feel that the communication or customer service was friendly or accessible to me. If a store has a no-refund/store-credit-only policy, customers should be clearly informed before they pay, especially when they are purchasing there for the first time. Now I have to return to the store and spend the credit because I do not want to lose the money I already paid. After I use my credit, I do not plan to shop here again. I hope they improve how they explain their return policy and how they communicate with Deaf customers.

Customer service at Soma goes above and beyond! This past New Year's, I was determined to wear…read morematching "Pass the Bubbly" pajamas with my mom and sister. Since they already had theirs, I called the local store, and the sales associate (Danielle) found a pair for me and put them aside. When I went to the store to get them, Danielle went to grab them from the back and came back shocked that someone had taken them off the hanger with my name still attached to the hanger. She didn't give up. She and her manager started searching their stores nationwide and sent a message out asking if any stores had them. She apologized several times and told me to expect a call as she was determined to find them for me. That was Friday, Dec. 29th in the afternoon, and by that night, I got a call from a Soma store in Kansas saying that they got Danielle's email and wanted to get the pajamas to me ASAP. I was able to pay over the phone, and as they knew that I wanted them for New Year's Eve to toast the New Year with my mom and sis, they insisted on overnight shipping. I was ready to pay for regular shipping and just get them whenevr, but they were determined. And, they insisted on me not paying for the shipping. Long story short, I didn't get them by NYE due to the holiday weekend, BUT that doesn't change the fact that they tried their tails off. I'm still enjoying the pajamas as they are the softest pajamas I've ever felt. I'm sure ill have future NYE's with my mom and sister to match and drink champagne. Besides, why can't I "pass the bubbly" every day of the year?! Every day is a reason to celebrate, and I'm certainly celebrating how awesome the customer service is at Soma.

She wanted business but we told her we didn't need her and wouldn't leave us alone, and our friend had another lady helping her. To my understanding and from previous experience, I've never had issues with putting an item on hold at dillards. She very rudely replied "No we close in 10 minutes." Mind you, their online hours say they don't close until 8 and it was now 7:34. I continued to clarify that I mean until end of business day tomorrow (I worked retail for 2 years and we were able to hold for 24 hours) She then again with an attitude said no. Regardless of if they can or can't wasn't the problem, the problem lies with how this woman spoke to me. Like girl... do better... be nicer to people..... 5 stars isn't enough…read more I placed an order online that got screwed up. It wasn't really anyone's fault but since I had a trip coming up they went above and beyond to make things right. Definitely didn't have to go that far but in doing so they made a customer for life. Matt in particular is who helped out, he was great and deserves a raise! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I don't know where to even look and nothing catches my eye because everything is on a rack and blends together. There could be more tables where the clothes are laid out, so the place doesn't look so... Uniform? It's crowded downstairs, lines are usually long, and little to no employees are on the floor (if there are, it's very hard to distinguish them from regular customers), and clothes are just.. All over. Based off of multiple experiences at this location.

Everything else in the store is fairly well organized and there is a men's section downstairs, too (in addition to the check out registers). Some of the sales people were barely around and I did have to look around for a bit for someone to help me. I just found out that Yelp offers 5% cash back for shopping there, so I will be back. I saw several items that I definitely want to come back for. It's located close to Macy's and also a main entrance/exit of the mall. Seriously, now I am looking forward to be back to really do some shopping damage =)
