First, there's a sign on the…read moredoor that displays not to open merchandise which they apparently having a problem with thieves and customers opening up stuff. Second, there's hardly anything on the shelves which all the merchandise is still inside the boxes on the carts ready to be open and put out. Third, I find the self checkout not helpful at all if there's no handheld scanner to scan an item that can't scan on the scanner. That the issue I had while trying to scan a basket while the ticket was on the inside. Plus, the self checkout doesn't accept cash which is a card only basis. I felt bad for the only employee in the store because you can tell he was trying, but Dollar General needs to get it together as far as getting some help for this location.

Most of the workers are young adults and it just depend on the individual if they feel like provide you with customers service. I can say the one time I came here looking for shower rods, it was an older employee that actually took the time to walk me to the area they were located at, but that one customer service doesn't change anything on how I feel about the store.

They barely look up to manage their self-check queue and when I let Kimberly know she had allowed two customers to go ahead of me and how it was not a particularly well-communicated line she was incredibly rude. Ive worked in customer service and I can't imagine being careless and rude enough to talk derogatorily about a customer loudly in earshot of them. I will never return here and recommend anyone else just save themselves the bother.

Not much of a different than the other Dollar Tree stores across town. Maybe after awhile they'll have things stock up soon. Customer service was good so no complaints in that department.
