He provided us with his professional opinion and backed up his advice with solid and easy to understand arguments. I had further questions about technical aspects of mold/water damage and he patiently answered them with same eloquence as paragraph above. I found his visit very objective, not waisting our time. He was also polite and considerate at all times (important right now due to coronavirus circumstances). Their service was so satisfying that I felt that I own them a review.
