I am beyond disappointed with Roger, Lisa and Mayra. They lied so much and never let me talk to Roger. They never update me on anything unless they need me to signed some paperwork and alway lies about this and that. every time I called, they would always say that he's not in and would take my number but never call me back. My car accident occurred in December 2019 and my case concluded around mid-September 2020. Mid October I received my settlement. I was rear-ended at a red light. My outcome consisted of my insurance company covering the hospital medical bills and not seeking reimbursement, my health insurance covered the remaining medical & hospital bills, and the insurance company settled on a pain & suffering amount. I called, made an appointment, and met with paralegal Lisa Castillo and my attorney Roger Bonakdar. They were upfront about their % fee after a settlement could possibly be awarded, upfront about possible time frames of how long it could take, and upfront about having knowledge and experience dealing with the other party at-fault's insurance company (Kemper). As someone who understands these types of situations can take a while between insurance Companies, medical companies, etc. I did not focus on the waiting period. You just can't do that in these types of situations. I provided the requested documents to my attorney to be sure everything was organized and let them do their work.
