Didn't follow up the restraining order that he filed. Didn't do any work. Very evasive to answering any questions. Asked another $3500 to present me in mediation where all other lawyers do it for free. And when I refused to pay additional $3500 he signed off my case by making up some random reason. (He got paid in full by the loan company upfront, so he knew he doesn't need to work) PLEASE, BE CAREFUL AND STOP and READ REVIEWS FOR MARBLE LAW before you sign up with this lawyer. He will tell you that you are his first client with Marble and it's a lie. This is done so that he can pretend he doesn't know about the charges that are coming soon, because THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES and if you refuse to pay, HE WILL DROP YOUR CASE and LEAVE YOUR LOAN HANGING. This lawyer became quick buddies with opposing counsel (opposing counsel wasn't even from RGV) and let the defendant take charge of the case, when he should have been making all the demands. His office is unresponsive and will get mad if you show up to get info since you can't get them over the phone. They also agreed to certain fees and then proceeded to double the amount. They NEVER provided any court paperwork even though they would get requested daily. We have already fired them and they have yet to give us any paperwork. We have ZERO paperwork from Mr. Osvaldo Morales's office. ZERO. Terrible attorney. Don't waste your money with this guy.
