We love this city waterpark in Rogers! It is huge and had multiple pools, kids areas, slides, and a lazy river. There is a splash pad area for little kids, a snack bar, rock climbing wall, diving boards, lockers, and a big changing room with showers and bathrooms. The only issue is it is pretty expensive $15 for all day per person (over 48inches). But if you are military it is only $8 and they have discounted rates if you come after 3 I think. They also in the summer have late float hours for $3 to just do the lazy river after hours. We buy the punch cards online which save quite a bit of money and if you get them at their half of sale before summer each visit is about $5. They don't allow you to bring in food but you can bring in tumblers and refillable water bottles ans the snack bar is very affordable with snacks like nachos, hotdogs, and sandwiches around $3-6. 5 stars! read more

This was our first time at the aquatics center and we all had a great time! The grounds were clean and the pools were nice. I greatly appreciated all of the lifeguards and their attentiveness. Especially with the slides! I took my two 9-year olds with my husband and we hardly had any down time between the lazy river, the slides, the diving board, and the lily pad ropes. They could have an even bigger obstacle course section on the water and I bet it would be a huge hit! The food was priced well for what it was. I enjoyed my chili cheese dog and Coke icee and my kids enjoyed their nachos! We got there when they first opened at 11 on a Saturday and stayed until about 4:15. We were all exhausted! Cons: 1.) Pavement is so hot and there is very little shade in areas of lockers and walkways between pools resulting in burnt feet in a very short amount of time. 2.) There was a line to buy tickets and a line for people that had splash passes. Upon opening, the people that had been in line to buy tickets long before the people in the pass line had to get in the back of the line to enter instead of opening both gates. 3.) Was told that splash passes were on sale (1/2 off $40 instead of $80) AFTER I purchased (2) one day passes for my daughter and I at $24. I asked if I could go ahead and upgrade to the splash pass so I'd have 10 visits instead of just 2 for only $16 more. I was told to go back through the line, when I did I was told I had to buy the splash pass separately and would have to pay $64 instead of the $40 it should have been. The manager walked up after being told they couldn't help me and he said the same. He offered to give me a free pass after I purchased a splash pass, still not a deal seeing as though I'd be paying $64 instead of $40. 4.) Website did not show that the splash passes were on sale. 5.) Maybe it's their age but not one worker smiled or spoke to people without being spoken to first and I watch for that. 6.) Not allowed to bring outside snacks/drinks. Concession stand items are marked up by double or triple of what you can buy at the store. Most of the items on the menu were not on hand. Pro: 1.) Pool grounds were clean. 2.) Lazy river is nice 3.) You can get your hand stamped to where you can leave and come back later that day if you want to purchase food elsewhere or if you live close by (we do not). read more

Such a nice center! Prices fair, kids loved it. The one issue I had was they would not let me bring my water with me. Let me explain- I drink large amounts of water every day in a method to help control my migraine headaches. I was told I couldn't bring any plastic bottles in. Imagine my surprise when I got in and saw so many other people with water bottles. Apparently you can bring in Tupperware style water bottles but not a plastic brand name bottle you get in a multipack. If they had told me that I would have returned to my car for the Tupperware one. Anyway, I figured it out but it frustrated me. We didn't bring any food or anything- no worries. Good places for little kids, shade, lazy river, fun things for a 17 year old also. My kids ages 5, 15, 17. We spent 4 hours and kids disappointed about leaving. I accidentally left a hat and Emily found it and set it aside for me so pick up later. Thanks Emily! Rogers ripoff center That should be the name of this water park. I took my kids there and the manager decided that everyone needed to get out of the pool because there was lightning 50 miles away. I went to this place thinking my kids can play and I could swim laps in their deep pool. But just like the Bentonville Community Center the pool is closed for swimming lessons and swim team. Can't one d@m pool in this area cater to young kids and have a full size pool that just half of it at least be open swim for adults. This place is awesome and a great deal too. Very clean, the life guards are nice and the people at the front desk are very helpful. They have a great concession stand. $2 for a slice of pizza up to $7 for a turkey avocado wrap. Lots to do, you can spend hours here... Or a whole day! read more

Went to the park for the first time for there special half off day. Waited in line for two hours to beat the rush. Made a line like was told. Then just minutes before opening the gate the old lady worker came out and announces that now there are two lines with no explanation of why there is now. So people that just bought there tickets hop in line before the people that has been waiting in line. That's was all due to an iPod failure and u would think that it should be ready hours ahead in case of any issues. Well the old lady was trying to be nice but also belittling us and not knowing what to do which was frustrating and not helping. She should just be the scanner and not talk to people in my opinion. Probably not going back it is $15 to get in on regular day for water slides that have been poorly maintained as they scratch your back. All of them. Lazy river is small and over crowded more like bumper boats. All in all high price for bad customer service and poorly maintained water slide. So beware of an expensive water park with sucky slides. read more

This is the worst city funded aquatic center I have ever been to. I have taken my kids to this park twice this summer the first time it rained after we had been there for only 3 hours we requested rain checks the manager denied those rain checks even though they shut the park down for the rest of the day, I have never heard of such a thing any other community pool will offer rain checks for when they shut down for the day due to rain but not the rogers aquatic center. We still had passes left so I took the kids for another trip this time a rude manager named kim came up to me and my daughter and berated us for bringing in outside water, that's right your not allowed to bring in your own water bottles, we put the bottles back in our bag but she stood there and insisted that we take them back to our car and then got onto several other guest for minor things everyone that was in our area thought she was rude. we have a member ship another community pool so we will use our passes and not buy passes next year. read more

This water park is poorly run. To start off the pools are not properly maintained many of the pools have black film at the bottom you can tell they are not properly cleaned. While we were there a staff member was going around looking for people drinking outside water she told us and many other family's that you can not bring your own water in and then walked us out of the park, that's right she would not let us simply put the bottles back on our bag we were rudely walked out of the park as were other family's. I gave them 2 stars because the teenage life guards were attentive and respectful maybe they could have the lifeguards train the older staff in how to treat customers. In closing this bad review could have been avoided by the manger I called the day after our trip to voice my concerns about the condition of the pools and being walked out of the park rudely for brining water to drink at a water park but the manager was just as rude as the staff member and stood by her employees rude treatment of my family. read more

Really fun place. I drive down from KC with my wife and 3 kids for work and we came here in the afternoon. My kids are 8, 5, and 20 months. There was plenty for each of them to do and they all had a blast. Slides are a lot of in for parents as well. Well worth the cost. read more

OVER PRICED!!!!!! I took my children here, thinking it was gonna be so great! $45.00 to get in and no outside drinks or floaties can be used. My daughter who is a good swimmer but small wore 1 water wing for my comfort. I was told that they were not allowed bc they are not "coast guard" approved. I was told by the "manager"(young man in his late teens maybe early 20's) that she needs to take them off bc they could slip off of her. I told him we have used these all summer long and they have yet to slip off. He says ma'am I can't bend the rules for you. I was told I could go to the gift shop and purchase the floaties that they provide. I'm sorry I'm not dropping more money. They were $20.00. I removed them. We then go to the water slides, she is tall enough to ride, I asked the life guard if I could go first so that I may catch her. He told me that would be fine. I slide down and the red headed life guard on a power trip told me to exit the water. I then explain that the young man said I could wait for her, she proceeds to tell me "ma'am if your daughter can't swim, she shouldn't go down the slides." I didn't move. I watched my daughter come down and we left. I personally can't wait for these power trippin life guards to have children and then let someone try to tell them what's best for their child! I understand the need for rules and regulations but don't come at me sideways. If you do, then expect mama bear to come out and don't get mad when I do! read more
