The new tire wasn't cheap, but I truly appreciate the approach the guys took--get one (matching) tire now, get the rest of the life out of the others, and let's look at different tires when the other three need to be replaced. I didn't feel 'sold' or otherwise taken advantage of, something I think is always top-of-mind in a tire shop (whether that's fair or not is another story). I highly recommend these guys for tire or other work and expect to visit again myself, even though there are other shops much closer to home.

I took my car to be repaired there after it was hit while parked. I went there to view the car and not only was I not shown the car I was treated horribly by the manager there. They are currently trying to hold me responsible through my insurance for the damages, so not only was my car vandalized, I have to go through all the hassle of contacting my insurance company and having to wait to have this place and my insurance battle it out. I would defiantly not recommend taking your car to be repaired here especially if you are a woman for fear that you will be treated as horribly as I was. edit: update over 2 weeks later and I still have not got my car back. The damage that was done to my car was conveniently underestimated by the garage. To top it all off i received a phone call from my insurance adjuster regarding the wheels they originally put on my car to replace the ones that were stolen and he termed them as unacceptable and unusable. The damage to date is all 4 wheels, 2 windows my windshield wipers ALL quarter panels the hood and i think some damage to the roof as well. But there were no reviews posted, so selected this vendor and went to its website (http://www.total-collision.com/). I talked with the owner, Matt a few times. He was very responsive despite I called from a distance (Harrisburg, PA). He quickly proved that he knows auto repair and auto insurance repair practices. He interrupted his work day and drove 20 minutes to look at the wrecked vehicle at a tow facility. He took pictures that he emailed to my phone. He began a painstaking vehicle repair appraisal, but learned that the costs of repair would exceed the vehicle's value. So I did not arrange repairs. Amazingly, he refused payment for his efforts -- the calls, the trip, the photos, and the appraisal-in-process! He said it was part of the business. As far as my experience, Matt & his operation, Total Collision, are responsive, trustworthy, and dedicated. I would entrust vehicle repairs to him anytime.
