Perhaps his time would be better served to work harder to get better reviews instead of harassing me to remove my previous review. He did contact me to ask what he could do. At that point it all had been done. He blew me off when I called him about the timely delivery of the job. He missed his opportunity to correct the situation. After he discovered my review he called to ask me numerous times to remove it. I told him I would consider updating it. I decided it is an honest review. So I let it stand. Ryan then proceeded to text my husband numerous times asking for review to be removed. He texted my husband 8/7/25, 8/11/25, 12/22/25 and the last one 1/14/26. I actually blocked him on my phone due to his harassment. Now he is posting a false statement of facts. I am not sure of what damages he is referring to me not wanting to pay for. I never threatened him in any kind of way. And yes his employee was in an accident. His steering went out. He called me to let me know. I was inquired of his well being. He stated he was ok the vehicle unfortunately was not. I was simply stating a timeline of missed appointments on their part.
