GARBAGE!
My girlfriend contacted Roger's about her phone bill, she had been receiving substantial charges for usage when she has WiFi at work and home. I told her to call and ask for a better deal seeing as she was paying 110 for only 2g data with unlimited talk and text.. Compared to telus which I pay 60 for 3 gigs and unlimited talk and text(Roger's is garbage!).
So she called and got in contact with a rep around 9 EMT and she explained her situation and inquired about better rates/offers (she has been with them for 6 years) and the rep said he couldn't offer her anything. So she asked for the manager and she got put on hold for 15 min. The same rep picked up and told her they were closing in 20 min (after being on the phone with him for 25min and in hold for 15...) and asked her if she just wanted more data or a lower rate. She again asked for the manager and he said he'd put her on hold again and told her that the manager would be about 4 minutes. WE WAITED ONE HOUR!!!!
We have the call log on the phone that shows the duration of the call and when we called. What kind of service is that! Telus has never done anything like that to me or anyone I know and I've been with them less than 6 years.
