I just head a pleasure dealing with Nana at the store, very polite and professional. His customer service is above and beyond. Thanks again!

I have never even reached 30 Mb/s with my latest contract. So, I upgraded to a 500 Mb/s fiber optic speed, with new equipment and everything necessary for good service. However, even this time, Acanac still cannot deliver what they promised in their contract... even if they really want to provide good service, they simply cannot. After a month of wasting a lot of time on phone calls with support, I still don't consistently get 150 Mb/s today... and yet, I continue to pay for the 500 Mb/s in this contract. It's regrettable.

THE best internet provider in Toronto PERIOD I've been with…read morethem for several years and I have never had a single problem. They have extremely efficient and pleasant personnel and the most reliable internet service I've ever had, with reasonable prices (that never get jacked) to boot....kind of the opposite from the ratbastard telcos you're used to. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you're fortunate to be in an area/building where their service is available, you'll be sorry if you don't sign on.

I was curious on switching my ISP as the fees kept creeping up and even with my well negotiated contract I was looking around for a new service source as didn't know what options I would have when renewing. I will give dotto one kudos for being persistent as after they initially got my contact they kept following up and even made it an easy decision to switch to their service with the penalty from the current provider. The installation was smooth and was done within an hour. I have a somewhat complex setup at home with some legacy equipment blended in with new tech. There was a technical glitch with the hardware on the legacy tech that made me connect with their support line a few times. They are quite helpful and being a smaller operation you even get the people who have dealt with your issue before hand. Believe me it's a big time saver not having to explain the issue again and again. With a few adjustments and troubleshooting on both ends I am satisfied with the service I have. I will update in the long run but so far a solid service. Update for long term usage. It has almost been a year and the service and support have been rock solid. A rarity IMO for the service industry in Canada. I am talking about no service calls requests after the initial issues, billing. The tech support went out of their way to help me out with a tech issue I was having initially. Updating to a 5 star rating (rare feat)

Rogers is making them look like idiots but after many conversations wit their tech team, they have done nothing but ask me to take time off of work, to meet the Rogers tech. why? because arogers will not even show up unless there is soneone home. so now, I have to work for coextro to get an internet service to work. its 2025 for christ sake, and this is all they can deliver? BUT, they take the money from your account RIGHT ON TIME every month. that, they've nailed.

This was consistently happening until I confronted them with multiple videos of evidence. It took a took a lot of back and forward before they decided to do anything, likely hoping I would just give up. The "fix" they provided me was temporary and I began having slow speeds randomly throughout the day instead. I reported this to them, but they had the audacity to tell me that me that getting a quarter of the speed I am paying for was "normal speeds". I then couldn't get any IP assigned to my modem/router at night and there is no customer service at this time to help me. This was second night in the row where I had no internet access and no one to provide any support. Normally when my internet would go out, I would swap around the MAC address and eventually it would work, but for some reason this company decided to block any MAC address changes resulting in having to wait 4 hours for their system to automatically lift this artificial restriction. This was 100% a limitation that they had put on their end, and they refused to lift it even though they were aware it made my situation worse. If you need anything reliable you will need to look elsewhere unfortunately. The fact that you can leave PAYING customers without internet and tell them they need to wait till the morning to get it resolved is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Ridiculous. I had posted this review multiple times on Google Maps but the company kept having it taken down. All my previous reviews on Maps are up just fine and I have never experienced this before. Clearly this ISP has some inside contact at Google to remove any critical reviews. These guys are scummy as dishonest. Surprisingly more than the big 3 ISPs. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
