They have a great selection of new and used games and any time I've been in here they're always busy. The staff are quick at getting though the line and helping every customer.

Let's start, you walk in and there is a bit of a musty smell. It's not a very big place. I was amazed that they sell vinyls. Must come back to check those out. The girls took my two boxes along with my name and number. Had to wait about an hour. At the end they took a total of one box and I got some mulla!! Sweettt!!!!! It's good! And the staff are friendly! Toronto has two great video shops (you can also visit Eyesore for a similar experience) and I am had we've got these two hanging in in the 21st century. You can find a variety of deep cuts and the newest from Criterion, Shout!, or Arrow. You can find films at a variety of price points. The good stuff will be a bit pricy but, seriously. Treat yo'self. They also rent films too and offer free ones too. And they have a membership card to save you down the road.

Was given a Classic Blackberry for a gift(took over 45 minutes to…read morebuy it and salesperson excused himself numerous times to help other people), arrived early to have it activated the next morning only to be told store was closed due to robbery, so came back in the afternoonw to have it activated (which never happened)and had the salesperson walk away from me to look after the gentleman fixing the door. He was so unhelpful and condescending. I also had another salesperson accuse me of yelling at the salesperson which was not the case. We are a large Roger's customer and have been for many years- this outrageous service experience is a sign it's definetly time to move.
