Our wedding was on the Oregon Coast, so we wanted a photographer whose style could match the setting, and she definitely did not disappoint. She has a very warm and personable personality and made both of us feel comfortable with posing (something we were both nervous for), both for our engagement shoot and the wedding itself. I did not have a wedding planner so she stepped in amazingly and coordinated with the DJ and caterer to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I got my list of people/moments I wanted pictures of. The day we got married was 106 and VERY smoky and somehow she made my pictures look stunning. She is super fun, easy going and can work a schedule just like myself. My husband asked for the day off in advance lost that days pay and we wasted our gas driving out of town. I explained how the date she rescheduled me for didn't work for me and how busy we are with the holidays coming up and she still pushed using our booking fee as a retainer even though I clearly no longer wanted to work with her because it wasn't my first unpleasant experience with her. I'm very upset with how she handled me asking for a refund per her policy. Instead of understanding and issuing it, she decide to rephrase the same thing over and over again and asked why I booked with her again after my first negative experience. Don't give second chances peeps and def don't waste your money with her. The last time I booked with her she didn't reach out about our images for 3 months and said she forgot then didn't put as much effort into them as she did with her sneak peak. It was quite embarrassing because she posted me edited and unedited. Not sure if it was intentional or not but again at the time per her policy I was entitled to a refund because she went passed her time frame of finishing the edits. Instead she rushed and got them to me the same day with little effort put into it. Not to mention she always seems like she doesn't want to be there and isn't so great with kids. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

It was a very traumatic and stressful time for me, but Charles gently took the reins and organized the event for me. He incorporated a beautiful poem and other messages into the service. As I was 3000 miles away from the location at time of planning, he personally met in advance with the funeral home staff, to ensure a smooth and cohesive service. His fee was very reasonable, but I am forever in his debt for helping to bring a dignified closing to my husband's life story.
