I have been a patient here for several years now. But not anymore because they will not see me…read moresince they became part of the Asante group because they don't take medicare advantage plan. They have said that because I won't change my insurance to one they accept they can no longer see me even though I do have medicare. I offered to pay cash for visits but they said that they still can not see me because I still have medicare. I have a perscription that has no refills left on it and I have no way to get it filled. It really sucks because there are no other gastroenterology providers in the Medford area. I was told that there were approximately 200 patients they dropped because of the insurance we have. Pretty sad when they think it is okay to drop us if we don't change our insurance to one they accept. I will never go to any Asante facility or recommend it to anyone at all in the future. Not a good look for a regional hopital at all.
