They employ a sub-intelligent male named Chris Stanley to call, over and over, even after I've asked them to communicate ONLY by email or text. That he refuses to do so indicates they're either engaging in fraud, and do not wish to have a paper trail showing their promises, vs what is delivered, or that Chris Stanley is too lacking in intelligence to text or email. Neither bodes well. The good news is that I've decided to hire another outfit to do what these people claim to be doing. If you believe a youtube type video commercial would be worth considering, shop around, as there are companies more professional than Videoshopping, who could handle every aspect of this without the annoyance of Chris Stanley.

I promptly received a phone call from Donna explaining their process, pricing, and what to expect. Donna answered all of my questions and we dropped off the tapes the next day. It took about 10 days for them to process all of our tapes, and I was super happy with the results. They put the video files on a thumb drive and gave us repeated warnings that they do not save customer data and that we should back up the thumb drive ASAP. I did these things and then went to work watching my movies. I'm so thankful that this service exists. These tapes and the memories on them mean so much to me. Several people on the tapes have since passed on and it was such a wonderful blessing to see them alive and well again and most of all, hear their voices again.
