I was a little upset after talking to other rental companies that laughed at the 1 ton limit when the norm is 3 tons. I only put brush, limbs, and small tree trunks, cleaning up the common ground behind my house and wasn't happy about the extra charge. I am writing this new review to warn new customers about the weight limit to make sure you ask before renting from Budget Dumpster.

I wish he would have let it drain out, but he did not. This was also not our first dumpster, and the other companies we've used never charged us an overage fee. Very disappointing when you spend over $500 for a dumpster. We will not be using them again. It also looks like this has happened to others, according to the reviews.

PSA - I do NOT recommend using We Haul Dumpsters. I am in the process of cleaning out my house…read moreafter moving. I ordered my first dumpster, then a second dumpster and then a third one. Because the first two were ordered over the phone, apparently I was able to extend them by a few days with no problem. But the third one I ordered on their website, which apparently is an entirely different system for them. I received an email from them at the end of one week saying if I wanted to extend the duration to reply to that email or to call them. I replied to that email at that exact time and said due to the holiday and then going out of town that I wanted to extend the dumpster (when you extend it's $10/day vs the original $380 for the week). They went ahead and removed the dumpster without contacting me first (which they had before). When I called them today, I was told because I ordered it online there was no way to extend it, EVEN THOUGH I GOT AN EMAIL ASKING IF I WANTED TO EXTEND IT. Their system is thoroughly messed up. Instead of offering to help in any way with another dumpster, they only suggested I call to place another order (at full price) rather than doing it online. This is not how you build/keep your customer base or get positive referrals. I'm giving them 2 stars because the first two rentals were good. But this last time was not good and the lack of customer service to try to fix the situation was severely lacking.
