A vaporizer will not work without one.) I always end up unable to find what I need on weekends since most vape shops aren't open here on Sundays or evenings (when people are using and needing the products most).. My search continues.. -Changing my rating. There was a miscommunication over the phone. I like that they did send a message to let me know they do carry the supplies I was looking for. Several months have passed…read morefollowing a family member's kind donation of equipment and supplies, namely spare coils and juice. Alas, after having been surviving on the kindness of said relation, the day dawned upon which it became necessary to make a first visit to an actual Vape Store. With some trepidation, I cruised past several in my part of town, eliminating each due to darkness, visible clientele, or a host of imagined conditions within & without. Eventually, I found myself on familiar turf in what passes as downtown Hixson. I had no idea of what to expect. Actually, I anticipated either a) A store filled with sullen, hep-cat-goth-children of darkness, or b) Something akin to a late 60's "head shop". What I found was a pleasantly appointed store filled with all types of what I can only describe as 'vape-gadgets' and accessories, overseen by a knowledgable fellow who put me at ease straight-away. His opening comment regarding my novice state, "Hey, we all were or are new in this community," really set the tone. He patiently explained the various flavours, scents, and attributes of the array of juices in my requested range. And mixed the product while I waited! No goth-children or ageing hippies, however I think all would be welcome and at-ease at this friendly, well-maintained business.

I understand policies, I get it. But I've gotten 3 vapes from this place that have done the same thing less than 24 hours later, and this is the first time I've ever called to see if there's something they could do since it's happened so many times.. I won't be coming back here. It's not worth it. Prices are great but quality is not there. You get what you pay for here, and that's cheap crappy products.

I'm a first time vaper and I went in during lunch-time to purchase my first vape stick. The staff…read morewas pretty helpful and hanging out vaping with their friends, but I didn't have time to make the purchase so I told them I'd be back later. I came around 6pm and I knew what I wanted from my previous consulting so I asked for the smok vape and some suggestions on the liquid. The front counter guy couldnt find my model so he told me I had to take the display model which is fine. He couldn't find the box for about 10 minutes so while I was waiting I asked to use the bathroom, but he said he'd get fired if he got caught letting customers in there. This made no sense to me as I just purchased 50$ worth of product and was being treated like somebody who wasn't going to make a purchase. All good, I left there with my ecig and no real instructions on how to use it. As soon as I got home, I opened the pack and accidentally pressed the button before any juice was in there burning my coils. Now I had a leaky ecig spewing juice all over my hands not knowing that the coils had to be kept wet for about 15min before turning on. I go the next morning to ask about the problem and the guy was more professional but not helpful at all. He explaned about the coils and I replaced the coils. I didn't want to burn out my coils again so I asked if he could spare some juice so I could presoak it before going home. I specifically said I would pay for it multiple times, but again it was against store policy to spare a few drops unless I pay for another entire bottle. I don't know what it is with this place, but I felt it was not a great place for people who are first time vapers as they aren't very helpful. My first visit was pretty good, but it kept getting worse... and my ecig still keeps leaking...
