The owner always keeps up to date on everything and would call if there was an issue with payment or anything else. He also offers a military discount and works with what your needs are. When I was moving out of the storage unit, he let me use another storage unit for a small price so I could separate out my stuff. I didn't find any bugs or creepy crawlies in my stuff. And the storage units are well built. It is also secured and he does have security camera's on the property.

I say if it keeps them off the street and in the recycling pile, more power to 'em! It's also great because you can drop off the three thousand plastic bags that the nice baggers at the Country Mart like to give out - the city recycles them, but just won't accept them in the curbside pick up because they'll end up "blowing all around town." There's also a compost pile on site (not open 24 hours a day, see website for hours) that accepts yard waste, and gives out free compost in the springtime! I was kind of sad they don't accept food waste as compost, but it's better than nothing. Keep up the good work, city and citizens of Rolla!!
