These guys are extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly they are super patient and willing to go out of their way to educate the consumer. They have a full-sized bar with a menu of all of their flavors, any flavor can be sampled for a totally reasonable 5 cent charge so bring some change if you want samples(regulations prevent free samples so props to these guys for not price gauging). They even helped me fix a mod that I purchased at another shop, and it was a pain in the a** to figure out. I saw that they were doing a deal on their incense which was 15 for $3, & I accidentally grabbed 13 instead of the 15 & I went to the counter & said "that's so awesome you guys are doing 13 for $3" & she looked at me with the rudest, ugliest face & said "uh it's 15" while staring me down & talking to me like I was stupid. Very poor customer service! The staff also stared me and my boyfriend down the entire time as if we were going to steal stuff when really we spent almost $100!
