Living in this mobile park is more than a joke. The stray cats are breeding under the trailers, and…read morerunning every where. They never come out to spray for bugs either. The landlord refuses to fix the endless problems in the trailers. The insulation under the homes are not insulated. The water issues I have experienced is critical. I have told the Landlord about these issues, he does not respond, unless he is blowing you off for months at a time, never to be fixed. My power bills have ran me 400 dollars a month, in a 3 bedroom single wide? I am currently paying over 1000 dollars a month to stay, I hope on moving since the rent is month to month. Please save your time and money and do not live in this band-aid repaired dumps.
