I have been in the cold for half a month now with nothing being done. Sold me a trailer saying electricity should be up next week, but now it's been half a month and nothing being done except Sharon consistently delaying. Prices are absolutely atrocious for lot rent with not a single thing being done. 395 for lot rent at the minimum from everyone is too much.

When I bought the trailer it was with another very good and kind assistant, when I handed over the keys this Melissa, the manager" did it. This morning, Monday, January 7, 2024, I went to the office and the manager came out very rude, treating us like stupid people, pointing out that we should talk to the accountant, we went to him... we explained to him that I want to make a winged porch of my trailer and he said to do it without any problem, I went to Lowe's to buy the material and when I returned to the trailer the supposed manager of the community arrived, very rudely upset, saying that any work I want to do on the trailer I have to ask permission from she. I understand and that's why I went to the office to fill out some form and get authorization. What I do not understand if they say that it is a quiet community that is in charge is the first to discriminate against people and with a rude attitude she got into sher car driving at 50 km / h when it is only 15 km / h.
