This family owned farmers market is in it's own small building. It was very interesting to me because this is the first place I found that sells raw milk. It is not something I personally drink but advocates claim that the pasteurization of milk destroys the nutrients, enzymes, and good bacteria. Benefits of raw milk may include more nutrients, improved digestion, and enhanced immune function. Others believe that the benefits are outweighed by health risks associated with consuming raw dairy products. The raw products sold here state they are not for human consumption. In addition to raw milk they also sell raw milk kefir, raw yogurt, raw cheese, raw butter, and raw milk ice cream. Other products they sell include organic produce grown in Southwest Ranches, local honey, hormone free and grass fed meat and seafood, farm fresh eggs, bath and beauty products, bread, and fresh made key lime pies. Staff was on hand to helpfully answer customers questions. I do believe that food is medicine and that it can heal you. This market subscribes to that philosophy. It is a niche for people who don't mind paying more to know where there food comes from, want clean ingredients, or are into a particular lifestyle choice. If you are looking for a large selection or inexpensive prices, this is probably not for you but I enjoyed my visit.

They carry eggs, fresh meat. Anything that you would expect to see that has all been raised on a farm. Other than that, there is a Haute coffee truck, a Venezuelan empanada shop, a sandwich place, a middle eastern truck and more. As I am a fan of the coffee place, I ordered a coffee. It was a bit on the sweeter side, but they had really cool flavors. I got the praline latte. The Venezuelan empanadas were great and I would definitely get them again.

There was a shaded trail but since we were going there to let a toddler ride for the 1st time, we had to walk beside the pony carrying her. The trail is plenty large for a horse or pony. But a bit awkward for an adult walking next to the pony. Also, due to the temp, I was getting overheated so we only walked about 15 min of the 30 min. We didn't ask for a refund or a rain check. Kinda our fault for booking in the dead of a Florida summer.

This barn is clean and friendly. The horses are looked out for by everyone because it's like a big family here. They are also turned out daily. There is an Olympic size dressage ring and also a jumping arena. I can't say enough about Kerstin, the trainer. She trains dressage, equitation and equestrian jumping. She is patient, kind, but also assertive. The best of everything. I'm so happy to be a part of this barn! During these busy college and riding years Kati was ranked in the top 12 riders of her division several times and invited to the Festival of Champions. After surpassing the Junior Young Rider level Kati set her goals even higher. She is competing at the Grand Prix level. Grand Prix is the highest level of Dressage. She recently won the National Young Adult Brentina Cup; this is a Young Adult Grand Prix for riders under the age of 25. This division is designed for the young hopefuls of the sport of Dressage. Past Brentina Cup riders have used this as a stepping stone to the Olympics, World Equestrian Games and other top competition.
