I wasn't involved in anything; my Nana passed away in this city and my uncle did it all (I am in NY). But he held her celebration of life here and my nana had an open casket. My only complaint I can think of is my Nanas fingertips were pretty blue and I think some makeup could have covered them. It didn't bother me, really. After all, she is passed and that's a part of life's journey. But she looked well other than that and seeing her "at rest" actually brought me great comfort because she was always doing for the family until she couldn't anymore. She deserves the peace that comes after life on earth. With that being said, the parking lot was clean, there are standing ashtrays outside if you need a smoke, there were two men opening the doubles doors anytime you entered or exited, mints, a guestbook before you walked in the area with your loved ones, and this is where the print outs were (the ones your family picks that has their name and dates and maybe a poem or a prayer), there was plenty of options of what to drink, seating, and my Nanas wonderful smile displayed on a screen too. I felt very comfortable here and able to come to terms with the loss of my Nana. Instead of crying and feeling sorrow during our time there, we were able to talk and share stories without any gloom. When we arrived at the Funeral parlor to arrange the funeral of my son in law, one week after his 33rd birthday, and his tragic death, I met with a funeral director (which was his last day) who was extremely compassionate and helpful with planning. Unfortunately, that was his last day and the owner stepped in. That was when things began to become a disappointing and heartbreaking experience to deal with this business. During an unbelievable heart wrenching time for our family, we had to deal with issue and issue after disappointment with Martin Funeral. I cannot believe that after one month since my son in laws service, the owner is continuing to play games, while we are struggling to heal and adapt to life after this horrific tragedy. I strongly recommend you do not use this business.

The owners Lee & Susan King felt it necessary to not only complain about having to complete the services we contracted with them for, but they were disorganized and seemed unprepared. Susan King decided in the middle of everything to give a impromptu speech on how much work the coroner's requests and dealing with family and viewing was for her. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. Our loved ones preparation was not professional. Unkempt beard and nails. Both her and Mr King lack the compassion and understanding required to be in the profession they are in.

His request as a fishing enthuest was to have his son, a charter captain take family to the ocean for burial at sea. My son and I requested and got a quick appointment to meet with All County. From walking in the door they were compassionate, responsive and very accommodating with pricing. Went over all the necessary paper work, death certificates, and the the necessary state requirment license provided and cremation process with utmost dignity. There was no push for a funrel service they accepted our wishes for creamation. Price was resonable. We had a beautiful basket with rose petals for the ashes, and it was very comforting. I do recommend All County Funeral Home.

-All County canceled our memorial that had been booked and paid a month before with no explanation…read more THE WEEK BEFORE offering only an earlier less desirable time or another date. WHY? We are a large and spread-out active-duty military family and were scrambling. All County did not return voicemails or emails asking for clarity. WHY? -All Country scheduled LANDSCAPERS, visible and audible from inside the chapel service, cutting trees at the time my family was forced to accept. WHY? Seriously, wtf. -Prayer cards had wrong birth and death dates. (VERY wrong dates, not small ones that could be missed.) When this was pointed out at the service, family members (with the widow of the deceased present) were told "it doesn't matter." WHY? Just remove them and say "We will fix this asap if we can." That such a response was within the boundaries of "acceptable response to guests at a service" is a sign of professional rot. Again, wtf. They are very efficient and the Chapel is a nice setting, but a cavalier attitude toward HUGE mistakes is a sign of professional rot. They will ignore, deflect, and deny until the last minute leaving families floundering. I can only offer a mixed review.
