Heard from a Chinese Food influencer, and I whole heartedly agree, Chinese restaurants should have a 3 - 3.5 star rating. Raters should talk about the "rude" service, but talk about the good food. Here, the service is given by people of Chinese Heritage who were raised to be efficient, focus on the task (take order bring food) and not be icky-sweet and waste time. This is that place.
