Fortunately for my last attempt I called Phil Humphries who was just as busy but said he would make it a point to get it done within the week. I text Phil the address and had him contact the neighbor who gave him access to the house. Phil got there 3 days later, winterized the house quickly and efficiently and charged us just a minimal fee.
