The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Heavy rocks were placed directly near and above my water line, which later resulted in damage to the line in two places. My neighbor also observed excavation below the level line of the home, which raised additional concerns about the workmanship and grading. My work project was only a new lawn install. Much of the work was completed while I was away on vacation in which he knew and waited intentionally giving excuses that he was delayed on another project. Making it difficult to monitor what materials were being used onsite, while I was on vacation. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the unethical business practice and his quality of work is not up to pair when you see gravel, rock, boulders and construction debris start to appear especially broken bottles glass, bathroom tiles, sharp metal construction materials in the grass.

I have nothing against him and forgive him for refusing to enlist me with his insurance company and so I was never covered, consequently. Cons: I did not get disclosure about a) possible tire damages on the lawn to the 1 ton truck. It just sorta pushed over the dirt and it became mountain-like in some areas and grass stopped growing (at least temporarily... we'll see overall). No apology was made on this and his response was that "I'm trying to take advantage". BEWARE: Before the job begins, he should provide a document from his insurance company recognizing you as his client. This is not what he may prefer to do even if he knows to do the right thing. Also, a disclosure on the fact that no debris cleanup would be made on my deck and roof was never discussed. It would have been nice for him to tell me (disclose) the mess to expect after the tree is cut, because my tree hovered over the front of the house. advise that I'd have to hire someone else to clean up the hefty job. No warning about the in between deck slabs either. I would have preferred disclosures to put tarps like painters do over affected areas, and perhaps it should have been a courtesy on his part.
