We had our dumpster delivered sooner than we thought we would be able to, and we appreciate the way they accept payment (when the dumpster is in your possession). However, it was odd to not receive a confirmation email, electronic receipt, text or phone call to check in between the time I ordered it and the drop off. I had to call back and make sure it was set to be delivered the following morning, and had to confirm a time. They do give a window for the dumpster drop off, but it arrived right at the beginning. Best part- you don't have to be there when they come to pick it up as long as you've followed their guidelines!

Communication was excellent, drop off was right on time. We quickly discovered we needed more space for all the trash. Mansaz were able to book us a second 15 yard dumpster. (They hauled the first load at short notice and returned with the empty dumpster for that second load.) We could not have done it without them.
