Genesee county had flooding this past Easter weekend. Our water heater was submerged in a lot of water and died. We called Easter Sunday for a service call the next day. Monday morning sharp at 8 am they called and came right over. Tom was helpful with educating us on a new water heater. Wednesday Zack and Carlos came at 8:30 am and installed a new On Demand water heater. Everyone we worked with was polite and helpful.
