Again I took another day off work and when 7:20 came around we called him and asked if he was coming out and that we had a 7am appointment. He said he wouldn't be able to make it out until later. When we tried to tell him we made the 7am appointment because we had other appointments and couldn't be there he just cut us off and said he's not coming out and hung up on us. Lyons Heating and Cooling came to my house last year and they checked my furnance, February 24,…read more2025, I watched them check it, the technician states the furnace was in great condtion, this year I was having a problem with the thermostat, I contacted Lyons to put the new thermostat on. He asked my husband to show him the furnace, my husband walked away for about 10 minutes, when the technician came back upstairs he stated to me that the Motherboard needed to be replaced, My furnance is only 5 years old and there's no way the Motherboard should be malfunctioning. When I begin to question why the Motherboard went out in a year, the technician did not have an answer he stated I did not have to pay, My neighbor Ms. Tolbert had the same problem and she also used the Lyons who told her the Motherboard was out on her furnance also. This company technicians come out to look at your furnance and it always needs a major repair. Lyons Technicians comes out and actually damage the item you called them to repair so they can charge you more. I have a Lennox furnace that's only 5 years old. Just because I don't live in the hood don't mean I want to pay more for my services.

Instead of quoting over the phone, they sent a Master Plumber(very nice man!) to our house to tell us it would cost $2,400! It is a $500.00 pump, 30inch well that's very easily accessible- so an easy job, not pleasant but easy. We felt they were taking advantage of people in a bad situation, so we said no and they charged us $75! They could of told us $2400 via phone. We called a competitor, 16 yrs experience Master Plumber, $1250 and I received the same pump-A Zoellar 264 series! If Blessing was using a 267 series its a $40 upgrade, that's not making up $1200! they did refund our $75 after my wife left a review they solicited. Again, the plumber was spectacular, professional and polite but the company pricing is for the birds!
