That's all fine, but today the order was late and when I called the guy who answered was less than interested in the lateness, the lack of communication nor my experience. Very off putting and I was set on never ordering again from MMD North Hollywood. HOWEVER, when my delivery driver arrived (he's been here many times, Uriel is great) I was already irritated and expressed my frustration. He listened and understood showed a genuine concern over my experience. Let me vent. Had a nice chat. It was much appreciated and the reason I'm giving the 5 stars. They lowered the free delivery threshold to $40 minimum from $100. I tend to order delivery now so I can't really comment on wait times as I don't really go in anymore. I will say every blue moon there's an issue with deliveries. For example, things like the delivery drivers being out on lunch and having to wait 2 to 3 hours for a delivery. These are rare incidents though, most of the times delivery is smooth. I love the spot and hope they continue to thrive!
