This is for the UPS store in Great Falls, Mt. I use this store alot to mail and return items. I've NEVER had an issue and everyone was most helpful. BUT there's seems to be alot of change taking place. Especially noticeable are the RUDE girls behind counter. One of them refused to help me because she said I didn't hand her the packing slip....WHAT!!! I dont really have any choice of another store so what, we all just put up with that service! The man behind me was also complaining because they were talking and the line was getting very long. My expectations with customer service for most businesses in Great Falls is unfortunately low as it lacks and is greatly noticeable. The UPS Store is really our only option, so using them isn't out of preference. I have never had a great experience and it is mainly by the owners, Jack and Jaymie. Each time I've dealt with Jaymie, she is rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, and unpleasant. I called to ask if expensive artwork from a business would be able to be shipped and if they had the correct shipping boxes. It was a question so I didn't haul artwork across town if there as a better option. She was so snarky and sarcastic and really just hate dealing with them. Their employees are mostly all nice and have experienced good customer service and help from them. The line was long, but a gal jumped from behind the counter (on her lunch break) and helped folks in line. She was amazing! Liberty is a valuable employee. Treat her well and give her the accolades she deserves. All employees were busting their butts to keep the line moving and help folks in a courteous and professional manner. read more

Pretty good service. Used them twice to pick up and drop off fishing tackle that would have cost a fortune sending as checked luggage. Had long poles in long holders that are considered oversized so I sent the tackle ahead of time to the store for pickup by me. When I landed in Great Falls, I picked it up as it was waiting for me. Their tracking system online and phone app was perfect - it alerts you when the package was delivered or waiting for pickup. Then after the trip and about the to head home, I packed up the tackle again and sent it back home. It costs a bit more to ship from the UPS store rather than shipping direct using my UPS shipper account but I guess that's how they make money. Staff was OK, sort of bored looking but otherwise got the task done. With the great UPS tracking online, it's a great alternative to send stuff without hassling with airport security. read more

By far the worst service. Had 2 large boxes to pick up, went in about 1:30 on a Tuesday, no other customers around except for one leaving. Signed for my boxes and once the rep gave them to me walked off, never bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. Although the boxes were light they were awkward to carry. Another customer coming in offered to help, stating on the way out this place is notorious for crappy service, I would agree. UPDATE: Received a response from manager or owner...regardless of the litness or you having a hand cart available your staff should have stopped gossiping and helped the customer. I've been back a few times to pick up packages since my first visit and have ALWAYS had zero customer service... I would suggest closing down for a couple hours for training your staff in the art of treating their customers respectably. Your response is just an excuse for your employees bad behavior. read more

I received outstanding customer service from Felicia today. I walked in with an idea of a simple business card, and she was able to format it on the computer and print it out in under 30 minutes!! I highly recommend this store. Although we just moved back to Great Falls a few weeks ago, this is our 3rd visit. They have more than enough staff to help, and they all seem knowledgeable. Extremely rude! I had a drop off that I did not need a receipt for. The line was 30 people long. I do not exaggerate, it was all the way through the store, out and looped around the lobby and out into the parking lot. So long in fact that I watched many customers walk up, realize that was in fact the line, and walk right back out. I naively walked up front to see if they had a drop box as I didn't need a confirmation receipt. Before I had even opened my mouth or had a chance to look around the lady behind the counter yelled at me for "cutting the line" I explained that I wasn't in need of a receipt and just had a drop off. She continued to yell, and I mean with a raised voice. That I was being rude and inconsiderate of all the people in line. And here I had thought using a drop box if available rather than adding to that line was the more considerate thing. She spent more time yelling and lecturing me about my "rudeness" than it would have taken to just tell me no such thing was available. And technically she never did answer my question, I still don't know if they have a drop box, she was too busy hollering at me for even thinking I might address her before paying my dues in the form of a 45 minute wait. I left before she was done with her tirade. I can appreciate that she was clearly overworked and stressed. But yelling at me like that was unacceptable, I was definitely not the rude and inconsiderate one. I will be using alternative locations from now on. read more

Ridiculous service. I live an hour from the facility, had an appt, drove all the way to their building only to see a note on their door saying they were closed when they were supposed t be open. No phone call, nothing. Now, I have a very important package that was to be delivered to my mailbox there, and they are the worst about picking up their phones. Their "convenient" call in "service" is a joke. Instead, I nearly have to drive an hour one way just to contact a human from this establishment. read more

Poor customer service. Stopped by at 2:35pm on Saturday just to drop off some pre-labeled packages that simply needed acceptance/scanning and they refused to to let me in nearly 30 minutes before closing. There were 2 other customers also waiting outside the door to drop off packages. There were 3 employees inside the store just standing around. Although hours posted state they close at 3pm, the doors were locked and they never acknowledged us. They just waved us away when we knocked on the door. This isn't the only time customer service has been poor there. The last 3 times I've dropped off packages they made me wait a long time, without even acknowledging me when I was pregnant and obviously having trouble holding the packages up. What a waste of time driving over there. Too bad they are now the only UPS store in town otherwise I'd go elsewhere. read more

I had shipped a package on 2 day air due to perishables being inside. I paid 75$ to ship this. the package didn't arrive until close of business on the 3rd. day! I was not offered the difference in cost, 25$, nor was I apologized to. I will not use this service again. very very disappointing. :( a simple " we're sorry " would have went a long way. read more

For three years, this store has exceeded my expectations. Montana is a tough state in which to make progress financially, even with everything in place for success. Management knows their stuff, the staff's always friendly and personable, and I can't imagine having gotten by without the help and consistent consideration offered by these fine folks. For some, Great Falls is less impressive than other cities in the state--each state has its tiers. Nevertheless, the area has its own wealth of attractions and stalwart businesses; in general, you'll find a lot of good-hearted folks. Relatedly, the 10th Avenue UPS Store is an absolute asset to the community, and I count it among the finer spots for strong service in a relaxed atmosphere. I've relied on UPS quite a lot over the years through various locations, and this unit is without a doubt the best yet. And the copier feature can be a help when rounding out what need be accomplished for mailing. Come by and check it out! read more

Horrible customer service. Was supposed to have a package delivered on Friday, they did not deliver it so I scheduled it to be redelivered on Monday. When the package didn't show up I called to ask where it was and the women told me they don't redeliver. Even though she gave me a number to call to schedule the redelivery. read more

Very poor customer service. We had two packages that were not delivered, but the tracking indicated they were left on the porch. In the area of town that they were left it is not uncommon for the delivery person to leave the package on the wrong step. It was $60 to mail and this store said that they will only be responsible for $100...,what a racket. I will not be using that store again. The USPS is more responsive and actually cheaper. read more

the ups store doesn't have much to do with, however the packaging store says my address is undeliverable when other people in my dorm have all gotten theirs, the manager at this packaging place said that my dorm hasn't been delivered to in 2 years.
