The tint still looks impressive on those two vehicles. Recently, we got a truck but it came factory-stocked with tint only in the back. I like to support local businesses but they had to redo the entire car because every window had bubbles. 2nd time around was better but still bubbles and tint does not seem to block heat like real 3M would..hmm. Overall: My condo gets really warm during the day/afternoon so I wanted to get the windows tinted to delay having my HVAC fixed. Great service from Roman Tint. Prompt on responses and all the employees were friendly, professional, and quick. Authorized 3M film dealer, and was quick to send over the warranty information for the film used on my home. With how much sun I see at my condo, the new films are already making a difference with reflecting heat. Would definitely recommend to friends and family looking to tint their homes. If I get another car and is looking to tint, Roman Tint will be part of the consideration for my future tint jobs. Film Choice: I was offered the options of 3M Affinity 15 and 30. I used 30 for the windows that I wanted to bring light in and 15 for the hotter windows to keep the heat out. A week in and so far the heat has been minimal. The 15 is a little dark but I can keep my blinds open without worrying people can see in during the day and let in the natural light. Pricing: Roman Tint offered competitive pricing and was the best of 5 quotes that I had received. A few of the other quotes I received were also 3M authorized dealers but the pricing was higher and I would've had to wait a few weeks to do the job. Quality of Service: All the installers were quick, professional, and did a great job installing the film on my windows. They cleaned up all the excess liquid from the window sills and the flooring from the spray, and put the furniture back where it was moved. Initial quote said the install would take about 4 hours, and ended up taking only 3 hours, which was great. Justin was professional and was able to answer all the questions I had about the drying process for the film and what to expect for the next few months. Some of my windows did not allow for the film to slip under the locks, and the installer was considerate and asked what would be acceptable and provided options for me to pick from on what to do. read more

I recently got a new car, which is a 2020 Toyota Camry and every time when I get new cars, tinting my windows is always an necessity due to the excessive heat waves during the summer. I always choose 3M crystalline because it rejects a lot of heat compare to other brands. I normally go to Ontario to get them done but my guy sold his business but reopened at the OC and it is a far drive from Riverside. I found Roman Tint through Yelp and they quoted me the best affordable price for my car. Plus, they are crystalline certified (extremely important) since it is very difficult to install and takes time so be prepared for a long wait. Overall, Moses, Javier, and Miguel did an excellent job on installing my tint on my new car. They also mentioned there's lifetime warranty for 3M tint and that's very important. Their customer service skills were great too and they kept me updated while I was waiting esp I was there for over five hours. They left my back window with bubbles. They refused to redo the work. They said it was my fault. They said that the small tiny pieces of old film where the reason for the bubbles. I did not want to argue with the two men that work there. They told me that everyone who complained over small bubbles where whiners and that bigger things mattered in life. With that attitude and them not willing to make it right , I decided to leave it alone and just not do business with them ever again. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Roman tint is a great small business. They provided a detailed description of what my options were including ceramic tint. They were true to their pricing and were very punctual with my appointment time and estimated completion time. I waited a few weeks before posting this review as I've been watching for any bubbles or issues with the tint. Still looks as good as when I picked it up. No issues at all. I decided to go with the ceramic tint 5% in the back and 15% in the front. Now that the days have been warmer, I've noticed getting into the car after it's been parked outside isn't as hot as it would normally be. Not sure where to start, was quoted a price given an appointment and sent a text verifying the appointment the morning of , showed up on time and was given an approximate time of completion (1.5 hours) came back at 1.45 hours and they had not even started on my car . There was no good reason they could give me why just wait and we will call you when it's ready, i guess my time is not valuable. Sad thing is I was going to let them do all three of my cars . I called for a quote on the ceramic tint and was told one price and then after I drove all the way from Sherman Oaks Ca to Rialto on the way to my family's house, was given a higher price. I took time to schedule two days prior and booked the time around my trip which made me hours behind my schedule after being misled. I totally wasted my time due to her quoting me a price just to get me there. Once I went there and she saw the car I was driving, she went up in price and denied quoting the prior price. She thought since I drove 2 hours I'd give in, and looked shocked when I expressed I was no longer interested in her services. After going back and forth and experiencing such dishonesty, I didn't feel comfortable having my car serviced there. They are dishonest and profile people. Please save your time coming to this place. The worse service I've experienced in a long time. She was so dismissive and deceptive. This company deserves 0 stars but I had to leave at least one in order to post and help others not get treated the same way I did. read more
