She takes me to a fitting room where I start trying on the bras, I'm barely starting to try on the second one when she loudly bangs on my dressing room door and starts yelling at me asking how I'm doing. I tell her I'm fine. She continues to ask me lots of questions including my name. At this point it's clear this woman must think I'm stealing. She finally leaves me alone. I come out of the dressing room and put the bra I didn't want on a rack by the fitting room. I continue shopping but I see this older woman stare at me and is trying to see what I'm holding. I see her go to the dressing room I was in trying to find the second bra I tried on. I'm continuing to shop when I turn around and suddenly she's inches from my face just staring at me as if to ensure I'm not stealing or doing something wrong. At this point I'm very annoyed so I give her a dirty look and walk all the way to the other side of the store. She finally leaves me alone and another girl(who was very kind and patient) helped me when I needed some guidance. Congratulations on the layout of your store. The displays and different sections are easy to navigate and locate what one is looking for. Your store in Lodi is inviting and upscale, where single people or couples could explore. Well done. As far as the staff, I have never felt so welcomed to explore on my own while knowing the help is always available. I did ask for help from Alannah after browsing. Her questions, explanations, and finding a sample were right on with the delicate balance. She really made me feel that my final selection was the right match. She is an excellent communicator without judgment who will undoubtedly grow the business, breaking down any hesitation on the customer's part to feel relaxed in explaining what they are looking for. I truly felt that Alannah made suggestions that were best for me. My purchases have met my expectations, and there has been no buyer's regret. Too often, one buys the wrong item, which will not hold up. Yes, I spent more than I was expecting; however, it was a perfect choice. I came here with my boyfriend and his brothers to check out their various and quality waterpipe selection yesterday evening. I was highly impressed. The customer service given by Kelly was so phenomenal. She was very knowledgable about the large selection of items, personable, and had well honed skills in anticipating our needs as customers. Something I want to add is that I appreciated the fact that she didn't turn us off as buyers by making us feel illegitimate or unwanted in the store by demanding to see our IDs (I know that's normal protocol due to laws in the state, but because we are clearly all over 18, it is an inconvenience FOR obviously legal age patrons which should be reevaluated in each scenario). It is just my pet peeve. Instead she used her common sense and life experience to make a determination about us and was welcoming as soon as we entered. We ended up making large and happy purchases because Kelly is an asset to this NJ chain business. She should be considered for management if not already. read more

I was incredibly impressed with Kelly's customer service skills--blown away, actually: it would not be an exaggeration to say that she provided me with one of the best experiences I've ever had as a customer at any store period. A truly enjoyable shopping experience . I was a bit afraid that the store would be a bit sleazy , and was happily surprised to discover it was anything but ! Clean, well lit, it almost felt like stepping into a store in an upscale mall . Well, a broad-minded mall , I suppose ! Well stocked with high quality items . As a queer customer, it meant a lot to see people of all identities and orientations shopping comfortably together. That's what real sex positivity looks like--everyone is welcome.
