Even though their products can get a bit pricey (or maybe I just get a bit excited when I come in and buy a good amount of items), the customer service here is great. Brittany is fabulous, she works well under pressure and is able to attend to everyone in the store (I've noticed this, because I've been in the store before with another worker and she messed up my transaction and seemed overwhelmed with about 5-8 people in the store. But, the same situation happened with a lot of customers being in the store and Brittany still had a great attitude and was walking around helping everyone. I get it with the other worker, sometimes we all can get overwhelmed but remain calm and you won't make mistakes) Brittany also recommends GREAT products. There will always be trial and error but I've never been unsatisfied. Even with a prior accident with the other employee I'm still giving 5 stars because I like their products, and the customer service Brittany has always shown! read more

She had very honest opinions but still gave me options to choose from instead of just saying "buy this one." We had been in the other night after the bar and the redhead working at that time was very rude and off-putting so I was a little reluctant to come back in, but I needed lube.
