Walking in I was a lil nervous, don't usually go to these stores often. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest employee. I believe his name was Kaz (was wearing a big bang shirt "soft kitty") and He knew everything like the back of his hand. He was thorough with all information about each thing we were interested in or looking at. He answered all and any questions we had and was very professional about everything and truthful about all "experiences" with each item.
