This is the first time I filed taxes with someone face to face, I booked an appointment within 2 days and they were very accommodating with my busy work schedule. Had had everything ready for me and answered all of my questions, I was in and out within 15 minutes because of how organized they are. They said they would call me within the next day to finalize the paper work and they did indeed!
