Worst company ever, be very careful, they went to inspect the AC in my rental property, and advised me to install a new AC with an Estimate $5,650, after following their advice and paid them the invoice in FULL they sent me for the new AC, after almost 3 Months they sent me another invoice asking for $188 for the diagnosis and adding freon to the bad AC!!!!! From the Service Tech to the Office Personnel, I was impressed from the beginning. There was a problem with getting a part to repair my A/C & couldn't be done till the following day, but my A/C did fail just before 5 pm & the Tech still made it out by 8:30 the same evening & did his very best to locate the part he needed. My thermostat was completely blank one day after turning on my AC. Replaced it, and nothing happened. Call AirComfort completely expecting an appointment in a few days. The sent out a Tech, the same day, around my schedule. Although it took 2 trips to finally figure out the issue, and a day of installation, which they did beautifully, i am cool n happy. First off let me start by saying Rachelle was extremely kind and helpful with setting up an appointment to have the technician Cesar come out and diagnose my AC problem. When Cesar came out he thoroughly inspected my AC and found the problem with the unit let me add he was very professional and extremely patient explaining every detail in terms I was able to understand as I am not an air-conditioning technician. Cesar was very careful in my home and made sure to treat my home as if it was his own at this point Cesar forwarded all the information to Rachelle and she got back to me with a detailed quote and what was needed to fix my evaporator coil. The price was very reasonable and I did not feel I was being taken advantage of as I did with the previous company that came out to look at my air-conditioning unit Rachelle was also very patient and went over the whole process with me line by line and once I was comfortable she went ahead and scheduled the repair install appointment. On the day of the repair Gustavo and Tavo showed up right on time and let me add they were so very professional and very clean they took their time installing the system very carefully as well as removing the old Evap Coil, both the technicians explained everything to me in great detail as well as being very polite courteous and extremely clean making sure no mess was left behind as a matter of fact I believe they cleaned my attic access better than how they found it. I am so extremely satisfied with Air Comfort and their staff that I am a customer for life. If you were looking for something as simple as a service to a complete installation of a new air conditioner I would recommend Air Comfort to my own mother that's how honest and professional everyone is that works for this company! read more

We just had our new air conditioner installed by Air Comfort and want to say how great this company is. We had four quotes by four different companies before we decided on this company. We had a lower quote prior to Francisco coming out to evaluate our system and take measurements for installation. He quote that was not the lowest but the company that had the lowest estimate was no longer available. One of the companies bids was three thousand dollars above Air Comfort for a lower rated air conditioning unit so we eliminated that company quickly. Another company gave a quote which was higher over the phone but did not come to our house for inspection to measure so we eliminated them. Air Comfort had filled all the preliminary areas we were looking for in a good company. Then came the installation two days ago and the installers Gustavo and Eddie we're outstanding. They even put in overtime to finish our installation. We would recommend this company over the other four to everyone and continue to use in the future. They excelled in all areas. Highly recommend!!! If you are replacing or repairing at least have Air Comfort give you a quote before you decide which company to hire. They are not in the number one spot in our area for nothing!!! read more
