KLIENTO.travel is an initiative of Román Ortiz, LLC, created through the KLIENTO program to connect travelers with travel advisor students who are developing real-world experience.
As part of their practical training, participating KLIENTO students help clients plan vacations, cruises, group trips, and personalized itineraries at no additional planning cost to the traveler.
Each traveler is matched with an advisor who can help understand the trip, research options, prepare a personalized proposal, and guide the planning process from start to finish.
History
Established in 2023.
Román Ortiz, LLC was founded in 2023 as the home for the businesses and ideas Natasha and I wanted to build together. One of our shared passions was travel, and from 2023 through 2025, we personally operated that part of the business. During those years, we helped thousands of travelers, averaged approximately $250,000 in travel bookings per year, and helped clients save more than $50,000 collectively.
As we grew, we saw an opportunity to turn our experience into something bigger. In 2026, we launched KLIENTO Travel Skool to help aspiring and active travel advisors build real businesses through practical training and hands-on experience.
Today, participating KLIENTO students help travelers research, plan, and organize their vacations at no additional planning cost. Travelers receive personalized support, while our students gain real-world experience serving clients and building the skills required to operate a professional travel business.
Meet the Business Owner: Humberto R.
I’m Humberto Román Rodríguez, co-owner of Román Ortiz, LLC and founder of KLIENTO.
My background is in planning, business development, project management, and client support. When Natasha and I began building our travel business in 2023, our goal was simple: make travel planning more organized, personal, and easier for the people we serve.
Over time, that experience grew into something bigger. We built systems for planning trips, supporting clients, and developing travel advisors through KLIENTO Travel Skool.
Today, my role is focused on building the systems behind the experience—helping our advisors serve travelers with clarity, professionalism, and real support from the first conversation through the trip itself.
