Do NOT send this company your address--even for an estimate--or else they may randomly show up to your house and climb up on your roof unannounced and they will go up there whether you are home or not. We have a complicated roofscape (skylights, large AC unit mounts and penetrations, and major crickets required to clear drainage obstructions) and some leaking problems that predate our ownership. Castelli, and particularly their foreman Jimmy, have been generous in attending to drainage problems that may or may not have been a result of their work. I appreciate their work and the efforts made to help us negotiate our finicky roof.
