second floor water pipe burst in the wall resulting in extensive kitchen, cabinet, appliance, flooring and wall damage involving kitchen, living room, hallway, and two bathrooms. Andy and Showcase gave me a prompt and detailed renovation estimate in line with the insurance settlement figure. while the project (starting with the demo and multiple moving parts) was a little slow getting off the ground, once initiated it was well scheduled and flowed pretty seamlessly over a three to four week completion period. movers, floor and cabinet installers, painters, plumbers, and electricians showed up in rapid succession with easy communication and quality work performance. all the little extra requests-every detail can not be itemized in a contract- that come up were handled cheerfully w/o quibble...hardwood and vinyl floors, cabinets, granite counters and splashbacks, sinks, faucets, toilets, numerous electrical outlets and fixtures, and painting were all executed well. upon completion one small bone to pick was remedied promptly by Mike...good crew, right price, recommended. read more

Our home had extensive structural damage, that included crawl space work, door replacement and removed and install a new composite deck. The Showcase Remodel crew was amazing. In 1 weeks time, they save out house from collapsing. Then replaced our damaged patio doors and installed new french doors. Then the crew built a 16' x 18' composite deck. As you can see, that's a lot of work. In total work time, I would say they finished it ALL in a total of 2 weeks. The workmanship was amazing top quality, the prices were fair and reasonable, the crew professional and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this outfit and we would hire them again for ANY project we need done.
