Their computers were down during my visit, so please take that into consideration: - visited Dr. Ron Richardson's clinic for a sore tooth - computers and x-rays were down - I waited 45 minutes while filling out the questionnaire forms for 2nd time - after a short exam (estimate around 2 minutes, no longer than 5), I was charged $133 for the visit and told I need a root canal, performed at another clinic - at the other clinic, an x-ray was taken, the endodontologist examined my tooth and concluded that a root canal cannot be done, have to go to another clinic for tooth extraction - I asked Dr. Richardson's clinic if they would consider a refund of their $133 exam fee for wrong diagnosis, my inconvenience, and I had to pay the endodontologist bill too), they said sorry no - people there were nice, but professionally I feel they made an error by not compensating me in any way except an apology - I hope your experience there is better than mine read more

In the past I haven't enjoyed going to the dentist--because who does? But I actually ENJOY going to the dentist here, because the atmosphere is so friendly. Dr. Richardson always seems to be extra-thorough, and explain everything really well to me, which I appreciate. He'll also make you laugh and smile, and he seems to be good friends with all his staff, which is so nice. His staff seems good, too, although make sure to ask if all the X-rays they try to take are necessary, because that's just a good policy for going to a dentist. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Dr Ron R.

Dr Richardson graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1980. He was on the executive of the Toronto Academy of Dentistry for over 20 years and was President in 2001. While managing a busy general practice, Dr Richardson has also been President of his Community Association for the last 20 years. Dr Richardson also has an interest in treating Sleep Apnea and Snoring with oral appliance therapy.

In all my times going to dentists I have never been to a kinder dentist than Dr. Richardson. He isn't my dentist but my 93 year old mother's dentist and I took her for a visit today. The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. It was an amazing team in his office. I cannot say enough good things about this man! He even helped my mother back to the car - in the rain! I know he is a great dentist because my mother has great teeth for a 93 year old woman. I highly recommend this dental office! He couldn't be better. read more
