Cannot say enough positive things about them. I unfortunately purchased a vehicle with a rolled back odometer. I tried negotiating with the dealership by myself, but it was not happening. I often read a lot of reviews about different businesses before proceeding forward with a purchase or service. Some of the time I truly ask myself if the reviews that I have read are legitimate. I have also read bad reviews about businesses that are clearly the result of the actions of the person writing the review. In my case I can assure you that my experience is real and it was one that I found that I was unable to handle on my own without getting taken to the cleaner. I'll spare you the small detail but I purchased a new Chevy truck, it cost me about $55, 000. The truck developed at shake in the rear-end that the dealership was unable to fix. They had my truck several times for the same issue and a total of 76 days with no hope in sight. I may have been willing to allow them to continue to work on it but I was fed up, this was actually the second GM truck with the same issue. They took the first 2014 in on a trade for the 2015. I wanted a replacement and they wanted to continue throwing parts at it. Needless to say I was done messing with them prolonging the replacement. I wrote the dealership and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. OK, so I followed the instructions in my user manual and notified GM in writing and received no response. I finally went back to the dealership and attempted to negotiate a deal. Wow, did they try to get over on me. The vehicle clearly fell within the Ohio Lemon law and they knew it. They continued to low ball me on and offer to trade up or replace it. The best deal that I could come up with left me about $7000 negative on a replacement. I thought it was ridiculous that they recognized it at a lemon but still wanted to treat it as if it were a typical trade in. I really felt hopeless and thought that this might be a $55,000 mistake. I conducted a search trying to find a lemon law attorney, I found a few but most appeared shady at best. I honestly didn't know anything about Burdge Law, never even heard of them, but I needed help. I contacted them, provided them with the details of my situation and they agreed to take my case. I was a little uncomfortable conducting the case through mail and email but again, I needed help and didn't want to drive 2 hours every time I needed to speak to someone. OK, now the part that you need to know. If you find yourself in a situation that falls within the scope of the Lemon Law and you need help, please contact this law firm.
