The firm has been growing through the years so of course they hire hire new employees to help with the work force and provide same or better quality services as usual. The service quality is excellent and you are never alone. Serge contacts me as soon as his busy work schedule permits it but even then there is always someone that is able respond to your inquiries. Usually either Yunna or Carl but there's always someone available to respond your request. For service request and qualification, I have no complaints as they help you fight for what is right under the law and regulations.

There was no compassion, no patience, and no acknowledgment of the emotional weight of the situation--just irritation, detachment, and an air of "not our problem." Repeated attempts to resolve basic matters were met with thinly veiled annoyance. There was no concern for outcomes, no sense that they cared how their actions--or inaction--affected real people.
