I was taken right back and we started immediately on my cleaning. After taking some side x-rays then Dr. Crippen came in to review/check. He is a nice guy who knows what he is doing. His staff was friendly and easy to work with in on check-in/check-out, as well as the dental chair This office (he has more than one area he provides service for) lacks the newer amenities or equipment you see at other places but it is convenient for me based on where I live so I do not mind.

UPDATE: I went to a new dentist and I had no teeth that needed fixing, when Lynnwood told me I had 1 cavity and 2 other teeth that were bad enough to have to come in for. My new dentist said "I tried very hard to find that cavity and I couldn't see anything" and he said the other two were not nearly as bad as they said they were and they didn't need fixing either.

I had to tell him to raise the chair up as the water from the drill that was not properly soaked up, caused the build up. Worse yet, I felt like I was in an assembly line. Technicians who filled my tooth weren't comforting to me...they were talking among themselves like a first time girls' get together. DENTIST JUST DRILLED AND LEFT. If there was a concern or a problem with the balance, they should've said that the balance would have to be paid off before being seen. Instead of wasting my time, money, and gas. I didn't get an apology. No acknowledgment or nothing. Badly managed, poor customer service, no sympathy, no common courtesy, no common nothing!
