So I do urge anyone reading reviews to take this into consideration. Overall, I found the care here to be very limited. I came in with pain in multiple areas, yet the visit consisted of two quick adjustments before being sent out the door. There was little discussion of a broader treatment plan, yet it was made to sound like I could be "healed" from a long-term back issue within just a couple of months. During my consultation with Dr. Rachel Johnson, there were "3 free visits" presented as if they were a special or exclusive offer, but I later learned this is a standard promotion. There were also issues with the membership terms. When I signed up, I was told by Nick I could cancel after two months, but the contract actually states a three-month commitment. After my second visit, I experienced a significant sciatic flare. In hindsight, given my history of back issues and how I explained my flare patterns, I believe a gentler approach should have been used, or care should have been denied completely. When I called to cancel, I was told someone would follow up, but I did not receive a response and had to reach out multiple times between the 5th and the 18th to get any resolution. I was eventually told that although contracts state three months, they "always" allow cancellation after two, which raises questions about transparency. The only positive is that my membership was ultimately canceled and I will not be charged further. Overall, this experience left me disappointed with both the care and how things were handled.

There is zero science backing up this idea that electric waves sent through your body will somehow tell them the different frequencies of you organs and magically what homeopathic remedies you'll need to fix imbalances. Btw, I agreed to do it because I thought it would be something similar to the foot scans they do to determine orthotics. Something actually based in science. I did get some good supplements to take, but despite me telling her I have autoimmune disorders, she still gave me something with echinacea in it, which can make autoimmune disorders worse. They're refusing to refund my money for the supplement even though it's never been opened and I contacted them about later the same day. To me that is not only shady, it's a terrible way of doing business. So if you're filthy rich and can afford to drop a ton of money on an adjustment, go for it. But don't fall for the other nonsense.

Rather than just receiving a "wham-bam" adjustment, your posture and lifestyle are taken into account. Immediately, you are given rehab exercises, diet suggestions, and an explanation of your appointment schedule (which they try to keep as concise as possible). They use acupressure to adjust and it is amazing! The inflammation and soreness that was always plaguing my neck is gone after 2 weeks. My posture looks amazing too!
