The nurse practitioner, Mary Halpin was really professional and informative. She was equally…read moreknowledgeable and caring. She is why I go there. Otherwise, heck no I wouldn't go there. Every time I go it is a three to three and a half hour wait. I do get a breathing test and exam and occasionally an X-ray. The breathing test is around 20 minutes and the X-ray ten minutes so there is no damn reason to have to wait an additional three hours!! It is called over booking in the name of greed. It is also a matter of being understaffed which is also greed. One last thing you will never meet your doctor...ever. So, when I say I go there because of the excellent care I get from Mary Halpin I am not joking...it is the only reason I go there.

She is easy to talk with, professional & has a way with people that makes me feel like family. I look forward to seeing her on my visits just as much as I do to see Dr. Dey. I have been seeing Dr. Dey for over 20 years and he is always patient ,understanding, caring, extremely competent, professional & very kind! He listens to my problems and we work together as a team on a care plan. I am treated like a family member. He is very punctual, efficient & thorough without cutting corners or rushing patients. He pays close attention to the details. Dr. Dey is the real deal, a Dr. that truly CARES about people and is passionate about medicine. I drive from Virginia to see him because in my opinion Dr. Dey, Cynthia & the entire team are the G.O.A.T!

The management of this practice is abysmal. Almost impossible to speak with a real person. The…read morephone is not answered until 8:30 despite the fact that they are open for business at 8:00. This is not noted on the website. I obtained that information from the answering service. The recording advises using the patient portal which doesn't seem to be the best option when trying to cancel a same day appointment. When I have actually been seen (every time) the wait times have been ridiculously lengthy. My primary physician is finding me another doctor. I am a sleep patient, other types of patients may receive better treatment. Oh and I was assigned to the PA without being informed and was told I would never be able to see an actual doctor. I do not recommend this practiice.
