They have a all Chinese menu and they speak Chinese here. The owner is from Jiang Su. Very friendly. Tea is only 2 real for a whole pot. They also have a really painting of a cat in the old Chinese art style. It's very busy for lunch and most of the locals ordered the nai you man you. (Pan fried sweet buns). Even though I didn't try any of it, the dishes looked legit and well cooked. My aunt and her family who are locals here are in the restaurant business and they have been patrons here for many years. My parents who are picky eaters were satisfied and praised that it was the one of the better meals they had of the week they spent in SP, and tbh, they eat primarily Chinese style meals and typically request low salt and fat, and no msg. The deep fried milk seems to be a popular dish here. My parents ordered a stir fried vermicelli to go and liked it. Their service was prompt and easy-going. No complains. They rival noodles I have had in California, and are even better than some places I have been to in California. I love their soup noodles, but especially their fried seafood noodle. Their delivery is also great, as they will pack the noodles separately from the soup to keep them from being overcooked and soggy. The "chive box" was very good (I am not sure what the name is in English, but it's a flattened dumpling that is fried, filled with chive and egg and little shrimp). This restaurant is super authentic and I highly recommend coming to try it! I literally could move to Sao Paulo, now that I know there is a place to fulfill my noodle addiction.

You'd think they could get better proteins for that price. The proteins are substandard, stringy and full of cartilage and connective tissue. The cuts of meat that they use require low and slow heating, but they get the rapid, high heat wok treatment instead. The worst part is they use styrofoam containers for their delivery service and they pour the dish into the styrofoam while it's boiling hot.
