We cannot say enough about Ronin Tree Care! They were on time and did a phenomonal job!! Very personable and efficient crew. They cleared out our pasture, took out trees, stacked wood....and I have NEVER seen a crew work as hard as they did... a crew of four and they never stopped moving. While Regimental was not able to service us due to our very dead tree being too dangerous to climb they recommended another company that had machinery/equipment that could safely fall our tree. Rachel accomodated us by calling the other company on our behalf and was able to talk them into doing same day appointment for the same price Regimental had quoted us. That's brilliant team work and showcased to us that while they couldn't take our job, they cared enough to still take care of us as a customer. Well done business. I would caution anyone considering using this company. It took them a week to return my initial call for services. Scheduled an appointment which they arrived three hours late with no call from their office or assigned worker notifying me they would be late. The very young guy who arrived was unapologetic about his tardiness offering only "we've been busy." None of this inspires confidence in wanting to use their services. I've seen other reviews reflecting similar experiences. Beware. read more

Totally pro crew showed up and immaculately took down a medium sized fir very close to our house as well as some select limbs from another cedar. Chipped limbs and stacked rounds and left barely a trace. All the team were friendly, informative and professional and prepared for any eventuality. Absolutely would hire again. Jason Cecil is our "go to" guy for tree and arborist services. We live on a wooded lot of 100 ft. plus fir and cedar...lovely but too many and too many "trash" trees were located too close to the house we purchased. He has skillfully and safely removed trees that needed help or posed a problem for us. He's a true professional but personally, a delight to work with. He's also a trained arborist and has skillfully/artistically pruned a couple of ornamental trees and they've bloomed and benefitted wonderfully. I wish I had known when I called Regimental in January, that they would string me along for months and leave me looking for another arborist in April. If they are so busy, perhaps they could say so up front. Instead, they didn't return my initial call, so I called back a week later. At that time Rachel set an appointment for Jason to come by. On the date he was supposed to be here, I waited and he didn't arrive. No call either. I called them and said I thought it was pretty disrespectful. Rachel then said that they had changed the appointment because of snow and had intended to come the next Saturday. I wonder if they ever intended to tell me? Jason did make it out that time and said he could do the work. Rachel said he would need to come out again, so she scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled day, I waited and Cecil never arrived. I called half an hour after the appointment time and left a message asking if I should continue to wait or if they weren't going to make it. I never got a call back. How shameful that someone can run a business like this. read more
