She replied in an annoyed and very abrasive tone, "This is not how we do things here. If you would have given me your keys, you wouldn't have been sitting there." I was very surprised at this reply from the owner's wife. I went to my car sat down and found Jones Co. Glass which is about 5 minutes away. I then got up to get my keys back. When I was getting them back, that same vile, dismissive, and discomforting woman asked me why I needed them back. I replied "Ma'am, there is no customer service or communication and you are being rude for no reason. I'm assuming you are doing this because there are several men in this room egging and goading you on. I asked her if she was the owner. She replied, "Do I look like a Paul?" Biting back the reply "As a matter of fact, you could pass for one," I took my keys and went to Jones County Glass and had my window fixed by the kindest employees. Only 5 minutes away from this location and took 3 minutes to fix.
