Because of the size and location of the screw they couldn't repair the tire and also noted that I should buy a pair, if not four new tires. Auto repair folks suggested Nock's. Call Nock's up and they didn't have tire the size I needed, but said they could order them and have them by Monday afternoon. Dropped the Jeep off at noon and good to their word, they had installed all four tires by the time I picked the car up at 5:00 pm. Impressive performance. Will use them again

I had filled them to the psi listed on the side of the tire, which, unknown to me, was a max inflation. Austin was super friendly through the whole visit, and suggested the proper inflation psi and explained why that was better for the tires. I was also happy that they didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff. The previous business, before Nock's took it over, would upsell every time I came in, which was super annoying.

They repaired or replaced wires ( per the invoice) Paid $300 and drove it off. Not 5 minutes down the road the truck sputtered and missed, then started running smooth again. It did this a couple times over the next day or so. Finally it just died. Had to get it towed back to Gibbons. They discovered the motor had lost spark on the left side Causing the catalytic converters to be destroyed. They refused to accept responsibility. Another $1000 Out of my pocket. Drove it off again. Got 5 minutes down the road and the transmission issue happened again. I just cut my losses. I'm never going back and I suggest others to just stay away.

He knew we were at his mercy and could have taken advantage but felt he was very fair. Would definitely recommend him and would consider driving 13+ hours for repairs/maintenance in the future.

I took the car to Libertino and spoke to Chris there who said that was a common occurrence when driving at low speeds around Chincoteague and that the light was nothing to be too concerned about (except if it starts blinking) and that the car should be able to make the four-hour trip to NVA just fine. We made the trip without any problem and the light even turned off when we got home (which Chis said might happen). Basically Chris was right about everything. Asked one…read moreof our neighbors (who was born and raised on the island) who to go to and she recommended these guys. Found them to be friendly, informative and professional. Very different than my Northern Virginia garage. Got the cars back in one day and they even reminded me that if I paid via a check I would avoid the credit card surcharge. Told them I'd pay by check and was told no problem, stop by with payment next time I was in the neighborhood - drove home and returned to pay them within the hour. Highly recommended.
